Alan Warner

Alan Warner the legendary guitarist found fame with the Foundations in the late 60's, and within a short space of time their debut single 'Baby now that I've found you', went straight to No.1 in the British charts. The group went on touring all over the world, then scored their biggest hit with 'Build me up Buttercup' which went straight to No.1 all over the world including America. Other hits include 'Bad bad old days' and 'Back on my feet again.' Since those days Alan has written numerous tutorial books and has appeared in bands and concerts all over Europe. Alan played with Bustagut in the mid 90's, adding a real edge to the band with his unique driving style of lead guitar playing, and a great rock/blues singing voice. Alan still occasionally can be seen stepping in with us at the odd gig - check out the calender to see if he is playing soon. Alan Warner - we salute you.
